Q1: What is the Global Digital Workspace?

A: The Global Digital Workspace is a step toward transforming the Associate experience. In a phased approach, we will replace fragmented systems with a seamless, personalized, and integrated platform that puts everything Associates need at their fingertips. You’ll have access to the tools and information you need—all in one place. It’s designed to help you work smarter and stay more connected.

Q2: What tools will make up this new experience?

A: Phase One introduces two platforms: Microsoft Viva Engage and the Knowledge Center (housed on Microsoft SharePoint). We're also increasing our use of Microsoft Teams to stay even more connected. Since we already use Microsoft, this new setup will fit right in and make your experience even better.

Q3: When should I stop using Workplace?

A: Workplace becomes read-only on September 1, 2025—you won’t be able to add anything new after that. Select Workplace Groups have been migrated to Viva Engage Communities. Workplace will fully shut down on June 1, 2026. We’ll let you know in advance before it’s deleted.
