Q1: What is the Knowledge Center?
A: The Knowledge Center is an upgraded version of the Workplace Knowledge Libraries, Lockton Online and Series shared folders. It’s a one-stop hub where you can find everything from information about working at Lockton to client tools and resources, to marketing and sales material.
Q2: What can I expect to see on the Knowledge Center?
A: At launch, the Knowledge Center offers a streamlined, searchable platform that helps Associates quickly find high-value resources and information. Over time, it will drive consistency, accelerate knowledge sharing, and connect insights across regions.
Please note: Because the Knowledge Center will continue to grow and evolve over time, you may need to access LocktonOnline or other platforms for materials and resources at the beginning of Phase One.
Q3: How do I access the Knowledge Center?
A: There are a few ways:
- Visit locktonknowledgecenter.com
- Open a new Microsoft Edge browser in Cirrus (U.S. only)
The Knowledge Center is accessible outside of Cirrus through multi-factor authentication (MFA), allowing you to access critical information securely anywhere you have internet access.
Q4: What will happen to other information sources, like Seismic or my local intranet?
A: We’re working to bring everything together into one place. However, while the Knowledge Center serves as the beginning of a new single source of truth, you may still need to access LocktonOnline or local intranet resources as we get started. We will coordinate with the right teams to make sure everything works smoothly in future phases. Stay tuned.
Q5: Will there be training on how to access the Knowledge Center?
