Q1: Will training be provided for the Knowledge Center and Communities?
A: Yes! You’ll find tons of resources on our Digital Workspace Training site.
Q2: Are there different training tracks for content owners/admins vs. Associates? A: Yes - click here to access both content tracks. There are basic courses for end users of these platforms and advanced courses for administrators.
Q3: Who can I contact if I need help using the new tools? A: Start by reaching out to your local Series lead or change champion. You can also contact IT support as the rollout continues.
Q4: How will feedback from users be collected and acted on post-launch? A: A feedback survey is available. We’ll also keep collecting input over time to help improve the experience based on what users say.
